Hi guys today i am gonna talk about Moto G, yeah Motorola makes a come back with a totally awesome deal. The best thing about Moto G is its awesome price. I mean an awesome configuration in just this much of a price. This smartphone got out of stock in just 1/2 hour from flipkart just after its launch. So lets go further and start the complete story.

Moto G

Moto G Review :

The US-based firm launched its much-awaited budget phone Moto G in India through Flipkart on February 6. There has been tremendous response from online shoppers to the launch with the 16GB version being sold out in first 15 minutes.

“It is extremely overwhelming. We were surprised. We did not expect this kind of response. It was more than the traffic on peak Diwali rush. Our site also went down for a couple of minutes on February 6th, the day of launch, due to traffic,” Flipkart co-founder and CEO Sachin Bansal told PTI.

Moto G‘s 16 GB version, priced at Rs 13,999, was sold out in the first 15 minutes of the launch and few units of the 8 GB version — costing Rs 12,499 — were left, he added.

On the specs front, the pure Android phone comes with a 4.5-inch screen with a 720P resolution and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The phone also sports a 1 GB RAM. Its 5-MP primary camera offers crisp images while its secondary camera is slotted at 1.3-MP. As of now, the device runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS but will get guaranteed update of the latest Android version 4.4 Kit Kat as its hardware has been made to fit the latest Android version.

Motorola has left Google’s OS, largely untouched, just adding a couple of useful features and tweaking the camera app. The Assist app makes your phone more intelligent, for example you can set the hours you usually sleep for and the phone will automatically go silent, or only allow favourite callers, or those who call twice in succession through. It will also go on vibrate if you have a meeting in your diary. Both could be useful, though they’re still a little inflexible for our liking.

Moto GThe 4.4.2 update brings a few changes. The phone dialler has been changed and you can now bring up contacts quickly via the numberpad by simply entering any string of letters or numbers that appear in that contacts name or number. For example, typing 533 will bring up any contact with LEE or JED in their names, or any contact whose number contains that string of numbers. You also get intelligent caller ID, with the phone searching for unknown numbers and providing you with information based on that search, so you have some idea who it is before you answer.

Though iPhones are thought to be a prized possession in India, being a three-year-old phone makes it a stale offering. The iPhone 4 comes with a 512 MB RAM, a 3.5-inch display, 5-MP camera, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 and a modestly powered 1,420 mAh battery?

vThe iPhone 4 may have a good hardware-software compatibility, so for some, its RAM, display size and the 5-MP camera can’t be a limitation. Then, Moto G is a new entrant having Google back-up with a tantalizing price tag. The Android phone loaded with the latest version certainly is a better deal than the obsolete Apple iPhone 4. Here, pricing is a crucial factor as the US tech giant plans to meet the competition in India by lowering the price. Other latest iPhones like 5s and 5c are also selling well in India.
